Private Reserve Competition 2010

Competition Rules: Sculpture must use a minimum of 2 different Private Reserve balloons. While any number of additional balloons may be used the Private Reserve balloons must be prominent features of the sculpture and the print must be visible. Sculpture must be appropriate for all ages. Limit one entry per Twist & Shout registered attendee.
