The Moist-Pak makes the outer balloon of a Bubble Balloon? amazingly stretchy. In fact, the outer balloon is so stretchy, it is very difficult to pop due to over inflation. This outer balloon will keep on stretching and keep on stretching until you have put double the recommended helium inside of it. Even then, it may not pop! We recommend using 1.48cu.ft. of helium which is just when the wrinkles have COMPLETELY disappeared. |

Due to the soft stretchiness, you will not need to use any special equipment. Nevertheless, we recommend a flexible tilt valve for the outer balloon and an automatic shut-off for the inner balloon. For more information regarding inflating the Moist-Pak Packaged version, click here. |

With this amount of moisture from the Moist-Pak, they are practically impossible to pop due to over inflation. You should never hesitate to inflate 100% completely wrinkle-free all the time. Make sure you do not use the automatic shutoff inflator for the outer balloon for there is not enough pressure to inflate the outer balloon wrinkle free. |

When inflated completely wrinkle-free, you should achieve a 3-5 week float time. Nevertheless, we recommend that you touch them up every 10 days so that they always look perfect. |

To refill a Bubble Balloon you must first inflate the inner balloon (preferably with an automatic shutoff inflator) and then inflate the outer balloon (preferably with a flexible tilt valve). |

Do not detach and reattach your own ribbon. This can cause the valve to leak and also it makes it difficult to refill it. |

Each Bubble Balloon is packaged neatly inside an attractive shiny plastic packet which will fit most balloon spinner racks. No more tangled ribbons! |
