INFLATION

Watch the on-line demonstration using Quick Time.

If you need to download a Free Quick Time Player, click here.

Use the same inflator you use to inflate LATEX balloons. Inflate Bubble Balloons until ALL the wrinkles disappear (like a beach ball). The seam on the side should be smooth. Inflators that shut off automatically (commonly used for foil balloons) will NOT have enough power to inflate correctly. See below for examples of equipment.

POP RESISTANT BALLOONS: 360 View Bubble Balloons are packaged inside a Moist-Pak. The moisture in tha package keeps the plastic soft and stretchy so that you can inflate them completely 100% wrinkle-free like a beach ball without them popping.

Look at the OUTER Bubble Balloon to Visualize how much to Inflate

Incorrectly Inflated Bubble Balloon

Notice wrinkles on the sides; this may be correct for standard plastic and foil ballons but is INCORRECT for a Bubble Balloon..

Correctly Inflated Bubble Balloon

Although may seem scary, keep inflating until ALL the wrinkles disappear.

Over Inflated Bubble Balloon

Above example is twice the correct size and not recommended that one inflate so full!

Here are a list of some commonly used inflators. Color may vary.

Flexible Tilt Valve

This works the best. A flexible rubber tip that releases gas when bent. This outlet is often used on a Multi-Purpose Valve.

Push Valve with Extension

This works fine, but you will need an Extension Adapter to fill the balloon with ease. Contact your distributor or Conwin about how to get an Extension Adapter.

Multi-Purpose Valves

You can use the "Flexible Tilt" or the "Push" valve (same outlet you use for latex balloons). Do NOT use the brass "push" outlet commonly used for foil balloons. It will not have enough power to inflate correctly.
