INTRODUCTION

What is a Moist-Pak?

New Improved Bubble Balloons & Sparklets are Pop Resistant* and can be inflated using almost any regulator when they are packaged in a Moist-Pak! A Moist-Pak contains a wet towelette and allows moisture to permeate the plastic of the outer balloon. This moisture makes the outer balloon of a Bubble Balloon (and Sparklet) amazingly stretchy. In fact, the outer balloon is so stretchy, it is very difficult to pop due to over inflation. This outer balloon will keep on stretching and keep on stretching until you have put double the recommended helium inside of it. Even then, it may not pop! We recommend using 1.48cu.ft. of helium which is just when the wrinkles have COMPLETELY disappeared. It is the moisture in a Moist-Pak that makes the New Improved Bubble Balloons and Sparklets so amazingly POP-RESISTANT!

The examples below show the difference between the size of a standard foil or plastic balloon, a correctly inflated TK balloon (holding 1.48 cu. ft. of helium) and a TK balloon that has been over inflated to double the recommended wrinkle-free state, yet still does not pop!

Incorrectly Inflated TK Balloon

Standard foil and plastic balloons are manufactured with the intentions that the user leave large wrinkles on the sides so that the balloon does not pop due to over inflation or expansion. For this reason, the consumer only views the balloon from the front or back. Notice wrinkles on the sides.

Correctly Inflated TK Balloon

TK Balloons packaged in a Moist-Pak are pop resistant. In fact, Moist-Pak packaged balloons are intended to inflate100% wrinkle free so that they have a distinct attractive 3D look and much longer float times. You can achieve 3-5 week float and view a TK balloon from all sides.

Over Inflated TK Balloon

Above example is twice the correct size and not recommended that one inflate so full! Nevertheless, this example shows you that the outer Bubble Balloon will stretch and stretch before it pops because it was packaged in a Moist-Pak!
