Sparklets are packaged in a Moist-Pak which improves the properties of the plastic material making it pop resistant to over inflation and outside pressures. Compare the 3 images below to see how much a Sparklet Balloon will inflate before it pops. The moisture in the Moist-Pak is what allows the user to inflate completely 100% wrinkle-free like a beach ball without popping. In fact, if the user forgets to stop inflating at that recommended "wrinkle-free" state, the Sparklet can take even more due to it's stretchy properties (see below). Every Moist-Pak comes with 10 Sparklets locked in a Zip-Lock bag to keep the moisture permeated in the plastic of the balloon.
