Balloon Bond

0.8" x 90' (2cm x 27m) roll. Create latex and foil balloon arches and sculptures without messy glue with this strong two-sided adhesive featuring two liners for ease of use. Tape is sticky in seconds... full bond in minutes (can not be repositioned). Depending on the foil balloon, for maximum hold you might need to gently remove the colored ink from the balloon surface using rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab. NEVER remove the silver coating on a foil balloon.
For the best bond, it is recommended that the color be removed and the adhesive be applied onto the silver coat of the foil balloon. Rubbing alcohol will remove the color on Qualatex and Anagram foils. Nail polish remover will remove the color on Betallic foils. Ideal temperature for best adhesion on latex or foil is 70F to 100F. Once adhesion is achieved, it will hold at colder temperatures.
